Job summary

Qiddiya seeks a Senior Manager - Motorsport Technology Business Partner to lead the strategic IT function for the Motorsport portfolio. You will bridge business leadership with technology teams, shaping roadmaps, governance, and readiness across assets to maximize value and ensure investments align with objectives.

The role demands 10+ years in IT/Digital Transformation with strong leadership in portfolio management and executive stakeholder engagement within large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy or Business Relationship Management; 5+ years in leadership managing portfolios and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic IT lead for Motorsport portfolio and liaison between business leadership and technology teams.
• Drive technology demand management and portfolio governance across Motorsport assets.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements.
• Own the Motorsport demand intake process and evaluate/prioritize business requests.
• Lead capability mapping and solution assessment activities to optimize platform reuse, standardization, and innovation.
• Coordinate technology mobilization plans and ensure readiness before asset openings and major events.
