Qiddiya seeks a Senior Manager - Motorsport Technology Business Partner to lead the strategic IT function for the Motorsport portfolio. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy or Business Relationship Management; 5+ years in leadership managing portfolios and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic IT lead for Motorsport portfolio and liaison between business leadership and technology teams.
• Drive technology demand management and portfolio governance across Motorsport assets.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements.
• Own the Motorsport demand intake process and evaluate/prioritize business requests.
• Lead capability mapping and solution assessment activities to optimize platform reuse, standardization, and innovation.
• Coordinate technology mobilization plans and ensure readiness before asset openings and major events.

The role is responsible for driving technology demand management, portfolio governance, roadmap development, and operational readiness across Motorsport assets, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives, asset strategies, and operational requirements.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or Business Relationship Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technology portfolios, strategic roadmaps, and executive stakeholder engagement within complex, large-scale environments.
