Job summary

Tameeni is seeking a senior leader to own the motor portfolio end to end, including revenue, technical quality, insurer relationships, claims outcomes and the teams responsible for leasing, fleet, account management, claims and operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of the Saudi motor market, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will shape strategy, oversee portfolio controls, and drive growth across commercial fleet and corporate schemes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, insurance or related field.
• CII or equivalent preferred.
• 8-12 years in motor insurance with 3+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, retention and growth across motor insurance line and portfolios.
• Maintain strong technical, operational and portfolio controls.
• Lead the Leasing & Finance and Commercial Fleet supervisors and their teams.
• Govern claims desk and Najm reporting protocol; manage accuracy of vehicle register and issuance journey.
• Support business development on fleet, leasing and tender pursuits with rate feasibility.
