The candidate will oversee budgets, pricing strategies, and staff development while maintaining strong customer relations and brand representation.

Qualifications

BA degree from any reputable university.
Fluent English is a MUST.
At least 10 years of experience in selling brands like TVS Motors, Honda or similar scooters.
Persuading others to change their minds or behavior.
Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Presentable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, or other subjects of sale.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.
Determine price schedules and discount rates.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
Identify developmental needs of others and coach, mentoring, or help others to improve their knowledge or skills.
Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
