Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage.
• Experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and support negotiations related to visibility, shelf space, promotions, and commercial agreements.
• Achieve sales volume targets by category within the assigned territory.
• Drive core distribution and support the listing of new SKUs.
• Ensure agreed visibility, displays, promotional activities, and in-store execution are implemented effectively.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow up with assigned stores to ensure product availability.
• Develop and maintain long‑term business relationships with key customers.
• Monitor market intelligence including sales trends, competitor activity, new launches, customer plans, and shopper behavior.
