Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Mobility Project Controls and Reporting Associate Director to lead controls, planning, and BI reporting for major construction programs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role integrates schedule, cost, risk, and procurement data to guide senior management decisions during the construction phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction.
• Proven experience on large and complex construction projects during the construction phase.
• Strong background in project controls, planning, schedule assurance, progress reporting, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls, planning, reporting, and performance-management activities across large and complex construction projects.
• Oversee development and management of the master program schedule.
• Maintain schedule quality through effective logic, progress measurement, critical-path analysis, and baseline control.
• Monitor planned versus actual progress, key milestones, delays, risks, and emerging performance trends.
• Review contractor and consultant schedules, progress updates, recovery plans, and performance reports.
• Provide early warnings and recommendations concerning schedule, cost, risk, and project delivery issues.
• Oversee weekly, monthly, and executive-level progress reporting.
• Develop business-intelligence dashboards, key performance indicators, trend reports, and management presentations.
