Parsons is seeking a senior Project Controls Director in Saudi Arabia to lead planning, scheduling, cost and risk management across a major landscape and infrastructure program. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, establish controls standards, and provide executive reporting and governance to enable informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with the PMO, client, designers, consultants, and contractors to align schedules, budgets, and objectives, while identifying risks and recovery

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
• Master’s degree is desirable for senior leadership roles.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls or related field.

Mansioni

• Establish and lead the Project Controls function within the PMO across all program phases.
• Develop and implement project controls policies, procedures, and governance.
• Build and mentor an integrated team for planning, scheduling, cost, risk, and reporting.
• Provide strategic advice on performance, risks, opportunities, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure consistent application of controls across projects, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee development and maintenance of schedules and budgets.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and executive-level reporting and KPI development.
• Identify and manage program risks and change impacts.
