Noon in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic leader to own the mobile category, driving strategy, pricing, assortment, and merchant partnerships to maximize GMV. You will own P&L for the mobile category, scale mobile sales, and align cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, and supply chain.

The role requires a proven track record in high-volume e-commerce, strong analytical skills with SQL and BI tools, and the ability to negotiate with suppliers and sellers.

Qualificações

• Proven track record managing a high-volume e-commerce category with revenue ownership.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers, sellers, and cross-functional partners.
• Deep understanding of mobile handset market dynamics, pricing models, and buying behavior.
• Experience scaling category assortment and SKU management.
• Comfort working in ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel across KSA, UAE, and Egypt for market research.

Responsabilidades

• Own mobile category P&L and drive revenue growth through pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization.
• Build and manage merchant partnerships and recruit sellers.
• Analyze category performance, customer trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Launch category initiatives and measure impact on sales and margin.
• Collaborate with category operations, marketing, and supply chain to resolve inventory and delivery challenges.
• Set KPIs and monitor performance, course-correct as needed.
• Represent the mobile category in senior leadership forums and communicate strategy.
