Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea invites passionate instructors to lead high and low ropes challenge courses within a luxury wellness resort on the Saudi coast. Qualifications

• Experience leading challenge course activities (ropes, climbing walls, obstacle courses)
• Certification in high/low ropes or outdoor instruction preferred
• Strong team-building & mindfulness approach
• Proficient in English; Arabic a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead high and low ropes activities, including team-building and obstacle courses
• Provide safe, engaging, inclusive experiences for guests
• Develop new challenge-based programs with the team
• Oversee safety briefings and equipment maintenance
• Mentor junior instructors and promote mindfulness in activities
