Job summary

Miraval The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia seeks an Experience Planner who curates seamless, personalized wellness journeys for guests, guiding them through spa, fitness, and wellness experiences aligned with their goals.

As the first contact, you build relationships, provide tailored recommendations, and coordinate bookings with Reservations and Wellness teams to ensure a smooth, transformative stay and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in guest services, spa ops, or wellness hospitality.
• Familiarity with luxury resort environments.
• Proficiency in scheduling systems and digital tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and understand wellness goals.
• Guide guests through spa, wellness, and fitness options.
• Create personalized experience schedules.
• Book and coordinate appointments across departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow up.
• Support guest satisfaction and upsell experiences.
