Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Fine Arts, Art Therapy, Creative Arts, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience facilitating art-based workshops in luxury settings.
• Strong mindfulness practices and emotional well-being principles understanding.
• English proficiency; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group workshops in various creative disciplines.
• Support guests in using art as a tool for self-expression, stress reduction, and mindful reflection.
• Offer personalized guidance and adaptive instruction to meet guests' artistic and emotional needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for creative exploration.
• Collaborate with Spa, Fitness, and Wellness teams to design integrated programs.
