Job summary

Mastercard in West Arabia seeks a Manager, Product & Solutions for Merchant Solutions. You will drive revenue growth across MPGS & Acceptance in the EEMEA region, building relationships with merchants and financial institutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services.

The role requires 7+ years in payments sales, strong strategic, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel modeling.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years in sales, business development, or related roles in the payments industry.
Proven track record of revenue growth and market share expansion in payments.
Deep knowledge of payments industry and the EEMEA market.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
MS Excel modeling experience; self-starter; able to work across functions.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities in the EEMEA region.
Build and maintain relationships with merchants, financial institutions and stakeholders.
Develop understanding of customer needs, product strategy, region conditions, and industry characteristics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MPGS products and services to customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share expansion.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape and trends.
Lead sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to close deals.
Active participation in the customer planning process led by the account teams.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline management and revenue growth.
