Job summary

Soholat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a results-driven Merchant Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to identify target merchants, conduct field visits, present the platform, and onboard them to launch their first sales.

You will manage relationships, collect feedback, hit monthly acquisition targets, improve activation and conversion rates, and support merchants to become active sellers. Strong communication and negotiation skills and field presence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Acquire target merchants through field visits and meetings.
• Onboard merchants including registration and product uploads.
• Develop and maintain merchant relationships and gather feedback.
• Hit monthly acquisition targets and improve activation/conversion rates.
• Report opportunities and challenges to management.
