Job summary

Napco National Company in Riyadh is seeking a Merchandiser to manage weekly reports, coordinate with Field Sales Management, and support the field teams to optimize in-store execution.

The role focuses on implementing action plans, updating schedules with team leaders, coordinating with product specialists for floor displays, training merchandising staff, and collecting competitive data to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager.
• Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.
• Prepare & update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.
• Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks.
• Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.
• Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.
• Prepare Time sheets & monthly incentive for all his employees.
• Collect and share the competitor activity report.
