Job summary

Napco Careers is seeking a merchandising supervisor to manage weekly reporting, coordinate merchandiser routes, and collaborate with product specialists on in-door programs and floor displays. The position emphasizes coordinating with sales leadership and monitoring competitor activity while ensuring effective merchandising execution across the stores.

Responsibilities

• Fill up the weekly report and forward copies to the Field Sales Manager, Sales Team Leaders and Market Manager. Follow up on the action plans generated from the weekly report.
• Prepare & update regularly through sales Team Leaders, routing & call cycles of his merchandisers.
• Coordinate with Product specialists all in-door programs and participate in identifying best floor displays, gondolas and shelf blocks.
• Weekly Field training to all merchandising team and monitoring.
• Participate in preparing the shelf spaces in the yearly contract.
• Prepare Time sheets & monthly incentive for all his employees.
• Collect and share the competitor activity report.
