Job summary

WorkerEra in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee site activities, coordinate trades, and ensure quality and safety on projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and excellent communication in English and Arabic.

You will lead installation teams, monitor progress, maintain records, and resolve on-site challenges while optimizing manpower and resources.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Arabic communication on site.
• Proven experience in MEP supervision or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and site operations.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Inspect completed work and report issues or required corrections.
• Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational challenges on-site.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
