Job summary

Casais Integration on site in Riyadh seeks an experienced MEP Site Manager to lead coordination of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related trades for large-scale projects. You will manage subcontractors, monitor progress against the master programme and ensure quality and safety on site.

You will review drawings, submittals, and material take-offs, drive recovery plans for slippage, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and authorities. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
10–12 years of experience with MEP contracting companies.
Proven experience with a main contractor coordinating on-site MEP works.
Hands-on in material take-off, unit rates, tender support.

Responsibilities

Act as main contractor's MEP focal point on site, coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades.
Review subcontractors' scope, plans, and resource loading; drive recovery when needed.
Monitor progress against master programme; issue look-ahead and delay notices.
Coordinate MEP with civil/structural trades and manage coordination meetings.
Review shop drawings and submittals; track approvals to closure.
Ensure compliance with SBC, Civil Defence, and local authorities; enforce HSE.
Witness pre-commissioning tests and verify handover package delivery.
