Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant MEP experience.
• Experience in MEP Construction, Installation, and Project Execution.
• Experience in Hotels, Malls/Retail, Hospitals, or Mixed-Use Developments.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP construction, installation, and project execution activities.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across project sites.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specs, quality standards, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and coordination issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and MEP documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable engineering standards.
