Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Design Manager - MEP in Saudi Arabia to lead and coordinate the MEP design across complex building, infrastructure, and industrial projects. You will drive technical excellence, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, BIM proficiency (Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD) and a track record of delivering hospitality-scale venues, with a focus on sustainability and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10–15 years’ experience in MEP design and engineering, with design management exposure.
• Proven track record delivering large hospitality or leisure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of MEP design packages from concept through detailed design stages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary MEP teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with local/international codes and client specs.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications and reports for quality and accuracy.
• Drive sustainable design, energy efficiency and innovation across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and designers.
