Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks an MEP Design Manager to oversee the design, coordination, and integration of MEP systems from concept through construction. You will lead the MEP design process, coordinating between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to ensure fully integrated designs and timely delivery.

You will review and approve MEP design documents, collaborate with external consultants and internal teams, and ensure designs comply with local codes, international standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years in MEP design and coordination; minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience delivering large-scale hospitality or leisure projects (hotels/resorts/entertainment venues).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MEP design process across concept, schematic, detailed design and construction.
• Coordinate between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines for fully integrated designs.
• Review and approve MEP design documents, calculations, specifications and drawings for quality and compliance.
• Manage external MEP consultants and internal teams to meet project goals and timelines.
