Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Design Manager to lead design development and delivery for large-scale leisure and hospitality projects across KSA. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure design excellence, and align with brand standards while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires a strong portfolio in hospitality design, 10–15 years of experience, leadership ability, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and the Adobe Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 10–15 years of experience in architecture/interior design with leadership.
• Proven hospitality project delivery experience with strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural and interior design vision from concept through construction.
• Ensure design intent is maintained across all project phases.
• Drive innovation aligned with hospitality trends and guest experience.
• Review and approve design deliverables including drawings and specs.
• Manage external consultants, design firms, and contractors for timely delivery.
• Develop and monitor design schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee BIM coordination and design integration across disciplines.
• Coordinate with authorities for compliance with local codes in KSA.
