Job summary

pladis Global is seeking a seasoned Cost Accounting / Supply Chain Finance professional in Saudi Arabia to join our fast-growing, global biscuits and confectionery business. You will perform variance analyses, cost controls, and financial reporting to support S&OP, CAPEX/OPEX monitoring, and working capital optimization.

The role requires 4–8 years in cost accounting or supply chain finance, proficiency in SAP or Oracle ERP, and strong Power BI skills, with experience in international FMCG

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 4-8 years of cost accounting or supply chain finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems.
• Power BI experience is essential.
• Experience in international manufacturing FMCG is a must.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Manufacturing Conversion Cost, Purchase Price Variance, and Inventory Cost Variance.
• Analyze material, labor, overhead, and absorption variances.
• Support the S&OP process through cost, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Monitor and report CAPEX and OPEX performance against Budget, Forecast, and PY.
• Track and optimize working capital metrics including DIO, DPO and inventory aging.
• Maintain standard costing, inventory valuation, and month-end cost accounting processes.
• Prepare ROI analyses and business cases for capital investments and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis using Power BI.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive cost efficiency and financial control.

Key Responsibilities
