Job summary

HanmiGlobal is recruiting a Program Director for a mega land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will provide executive stewardship, governance, and cross-functional leadership to align scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, risk, sustainability, and stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in PMCM/PMC/ EPCM settings, including client-side leadership and strong governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Chartered professional membership or equivalent accreditation.
• Minimum twenty (20) years of professional experience, including at least twelve (12) years in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and governance for the PMCM organization and establish frameworks.
• Lead multidisciplinary PMCM leadership team and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Direct all program activities from planning through close-out, including design, procurement, construction, testing, and handover.
• Ensure integration of technical, commercial, project controls, quality, HSE, and risk management functions.
