Job summary

Vertex Global Business Services in Saudi Arabia seeks a results-driven Medical Representative to promote our healthcare portfolio, build relationships with pharmacies, hospitals and clinics, and develop new accounts across the territory.

You will conduct product presentations, manage quotations and orders, track stock and market trends, and ensure monthly sales targets are met while traveling within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Medical/Healthcare Sales Representative in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience with pharmacies, hospital and doctor networks.
• Arabic and English communication preferred; driving license required; willingness to travel.

Job description

Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, doctors, pharmacists and healthcare professionals. Promote the company's medical and healthcare portfolio, develop new accounts, conduct regular field visits and product presentations, negotiate commercial opportunities, achieve monthly sales targets, monitor stock and competitor activities, and maintain an active sales pipeline with regular reporting.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Healthcare Sales Representative in Saudi Arabia
• Proven experience dealing with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, hospitals, clinics, medical centers and doctors
• Experience promoting and selling medical, healthcare, OTC, oral-care, dermatology, personal-care or related products is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi healthcare and pharmacy market
• Existing relationships with pharmacists, purchasing departments, healthcare professionals, doctors and key decision-makers are highly preferred
• Experience approaching and opening accounts with major pharmacy chains and healthcare organizations is an advantage
• Ability to conduct professional product presentations detailing sampling and follow-ups with healthcare professionals
• Proven ability to generate new business, achieve sales targets and develop assigned territories
• Ability to follow up on quotations, orders, stock availability, collections and customer requirements
• Good understanding of competitor products, market pricing, promotions and market trends
• Presentable, professional, confident and persuasive with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia with relevant medical pharmaceutical sales experience are preferred

3–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or Healthcare Sales Representative. Results-driven Medical Representative with a strong professional appearance, good knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market, and an established network who can actively introduce and grow the company's brands across pharmacies and healthcare channels.
