Job summary

RecruitMe Plus is expanding its commercial presence in Saudi Arabia, seeking a results-driven media sales professional to drive revenue across OOH/DOOH and mall media. Based in Riyadh or Jeddah, you will cultivate relationships with brands, advertisers and agencies and own the end-to-end sales cycle.

You will target premium inventory, tailor campaigns to client objectives, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure delivery and revenue growth in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in media sales across OOH/DOOH, outdoor advertising, mall media or related commercial fields.
• Saudi Arabia market experience is essential with existing brand/agency relationships in KSA.
• Track record of generating revenue and meeting sales targets.

About the Opportunity

We are supporting a leading regional media group as it expands its presence in Saudi Arabia and builds its commercial team across Riyadh and Jeddah.

The role will focus on driving advertising revenue across a premium portfolio of out-of-home, digital out-of-home and mall media assets, including digital screens, advertising inventory, promotional spaces, brand activations, pop-ups and experiential opportunities.

This opportunity is suitable for commercially driven media sales professionals with strong knowledge of the Saudi market and established relationships with brands, advertisers and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive advertising and media sales revenue across a portfolio of premium media assets in KSA.
• Develop new business opportunities with brands, media agencies and direct advertisers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and agency stakeholders.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of advertisers, focusing on repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Sell advertising solutions across OOH, DOOH, mall media, digital screens, promotional spaces, activations and experiential campaigns.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals based on client objectives, audiences and campaign requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closing and campaign handover.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work toward individual and business revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through new formats, partnerships, locations and creative uses of media inventory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and advertiser demand.
• Provide regular pipeline, forecast and revenue updates to management.
• Collaborate closely with internal and regional teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.

Ideal Profile

• Strong experience in media sales, OOH/DOOH, outdoor advertising, mall media, retail media, experiential advertising or a closely related commercial environment.
• Saudi Arabia market experience is essential.
• Existing relationships with brands, advertisers and/or media agencies in KSA.
• Demonstrated track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets.
• Strong ability to both win new business and develop existing accounts.
• Good understanding of the Saudi advertising, media and retail landscape.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and contribute to the growth of a newly established commercial operation in KSA.
