Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Mechanical Planner with extensive Oil & Gas maintenance planning experience to lead the contractor's maintenance planning section, develop long-term plans, and optimize resources across plants. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of Oil &Gas maintenance experience (Diploma).
• Minimum 10 years of Oil &Gas maintenance experience (Bachelor Degree).
• Supervision and leadership skills in oil & gas maintenance planning.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively use maintenance system like CMMS.
• Monitor and review data from systems for management.
• Provide solutions for resource optimization.
• Contribute inputs for maintenance budget preparation for all plants.
• Review actual vs budgeted expenditure and recommend actions.
• Prepare monthly reports on work plans and activities.
• Monitor KPI’s of maintenance planning against targets.
• Review and present manpower planning.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance for planning issues.

Job description

Title: Mechanical Planner KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for a Mechanical Planner.

Responsibilities:

• Lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions.
• Prepare long-term maintenance plan.
• Effective use of efficient maintenance system like CMMS.
• Monitor and collect data from system for review of management.
• Provide solution for optimisation of resources.
• Provide Inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants.
• Review actual Vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimise deviations.
• Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept meeting.
• Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI’s against target.
• Review and present manpower planning
• Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept for planning related issue.
