Job summary

Acwa Operations is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, outages, and overhauls on plant mechanical equipment. The role coordinates with the Maintenance Manager, uses SAP CMMS for work orders, and ensures documentation and reporting are completed accurately.

You will participate in environmental, health, and safety programs, assess risks, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of related experience.
• Preference for 8+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency with SAP CMMS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assigns preventive and corrective maintenance and supervises maintenance staff.
• Executes work orders through CMMS (SAP) and coordinates with planning engineer.
• Maintains records, prepares reports and correspondence related to work.
• Supports the Maintenance Manager in carrying out planned maintenance and outages.
