Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services seeks an experienced Mechanical Maintenance specialist for a client in Medina, Saudi Arabia, to oversee maintenance of hot metal, copper rod and bar production equipment.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, calibration, spare parts management, safety, and coordination with production to maximise equipment availability. Requires 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in a metal production environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Mechanical Maintenance in a hot metal, copper rod & bar production/manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct operation of all machines and equipment in the plant.
• Ensure calibration of all equipment as per laid standards.
• Keep track of spare part inventory and ensure minimum stock levels.
• Proper allocation of manpower in the shift.
• Ensure all machine preventive maintenance is followed by fitters timely and correctly.
• Communicate with production to maximise equipment availability.
• Attend machine breakdowns as needed.
• Prepare and analyze breakdowns related to the department.
• Timely reporting to authorized personnel for any machine deviation.
• Inspect and record machine and equipment for deviations.
• Record process variables as advised.
• Maintain safe and healthy working atmosphere.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the department.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.
