Responsibilities

• Ensure correct operation of all machines and equipment in the plant.
• Calibrate all equipment as per laid standards.
• Monitor spare part inventory and maintain minimum stock levels.
• Properly allocate manpower in the shift.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance by fitters.
• Communicate with production for maximum availability.
• Attend machine breakdowns and analyze related issues.

• Proper allocation of manpower in the shift
• To ensure all machine preventive maintenance is followed by fitters timely and correctly
• Proper communication with production department for maximum availability
• To attend machine breakdown if any
• Preparation and analysis of breakdowns related to the department
• Timely reporting to the authorized personnel for any machine deviation equipment break-down
• Inspection amp records of machine amp equipment for any deviations
• Recording process variables as advised
• To ensure safe and healthy working atmosphere
• To maintain good housekeeping in the department
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations
