Job summary

Dynamic Staffing Services in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned Production Supervisor for copper rod manufacturing. The role focuses on planning, SOP adherence, process control, and safe operations across shifts. You will coordinate with maintenance and casting teams to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in copper rod or hot metal industries, strong leadership, and a proven record of meeting production targets while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Copper Rod Manufacturing or Hot Metal Industry.
• Experience in production planning and process control.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Planning instruction as advised by the Production Manager.
• Ensuring standard operating practices.
• Maintaining standard operating parameters.
• Keeping track and record of daily consumables.
• Close monitoring of process parameters.
• Entering cast bar in the rolling mill.
• Ensuring proper departmental and interdepartmental coordination for safe operation of plant.
• Planning production stoppage for maintenance to save time and minimize losses.
• Controlling coil weight as advised.
• Close monitoring of finished product quality and acting on deviations.
• Manpower organization and follow up during shift change.
• Assisting furnace and casting operator during troubleshooting.
• Replacing furnace and casting operator as required.
• Monitoring raw material charging ratios.
• Inspection and record of machines and equipment for deviations.
• Recording process variables as advised.
• Reports and documentation for casting area per formats.
• Ensure safe and healthy working atmosphere and adhere to safety rules.

• 6 Entering cast bar in the rolling mill
• 7 Ensuring proper departmental and interdepartmental co‑ordination for safe operation of plant
• 8 Proper planning of production stoppage for any maintenance to save time and minimize losses
• 9 Controlling of coil weight as advised
• 10 Close monitoring of finished product quality For any deviations from the standard acting accordingly
• 11 Manpower organization and follow up during shift change
• 12 Helping to furnace and casting operator during trouble shooting
• 13 Replacing furnace and casting operator as and when required
• 14 Monitoring raw material charging ratios
• 15 Inspection & record of machine & equipment for any deviations
• 16 Recording process variables as advised
• 17 Reports & documentation for casting area as per the formats
• 18 To ensure safe and healthy working atmosphere
• 19 Adhere to safety rules and regulations
