Candidates should have at least 10 years of professional experience in mechanical inspection, construction supervision, quality assurance, commissioning, or a closely related construction discipline. Strong practical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and associated building services is required. Broader awareness of electrical and structural interfaces will be useful when assessing multidisciplinary coordination issues. The successful candidate should have a solid working understanding of Saudi Building Code requirements, local construction regulations, and relevant international standards. Experience with testing and commissioning is essential. Candidates should be able to review procedures, witness tests, interpret results, and determine whether systems satisfy design and contractual requirements. Proficiency in technical documentation, blueprint reading, CAD systems, inspection software, and digital record management is important.
