Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Logistics & IOR/EOR Manager - Server Hardware to oversee end-to-end logistics for high-value IT hardware in the Middle East, focusing on Saudi Arabia and UAE. You will manage depots, coordinate shipping, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations and certifications.

Responsibilities include planning international shipments, optimizing routes, managing regulatory approvals, and serving as the regional point of contact for all import/export matters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or import/export management.
• Experience as IOR/EOR in the Middle East with KSA/UAE laws.
• Strong English and Arabic communication; depot ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and depot operations in KSA and UAE.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, inventory, and distribution.
• Ensure IOR/EOR compliance for shipments.
• Handle customs clearance docs and licenses.
• Plan international shipping and optimize routes.
• Maintain contingency plans for uninterrupted supply.
• Serve as primary regional contact for import/export.
