Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking an ME HR Services Specialist to deliver high-quality HR services across the UAE and KSA, guiding the HRSSC team and ensuring a seamless employee experience. You'll own onboarding/offboarding, ensure compliance, optimize processes through automation, and partner with stakeholders across functions to support regional growth and people initiatives.

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in HR Services, HR Shared Services, or similar operational environment.
Experience working with HR systems (Workday is an advantage).
Fluency in English required; Arabic a huge advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Onboarding and Offboarding for UAE, KSA & Qatar: manage end-to-end process and queries.
Permits, visas, pension and social insurance processes, ensuring compliance.
HRSSC oversight: guide the HR Shared Services Center team and ensure SLAs.
Deliver end-to-end HR Services across the employee lifecycle, data management, letters, and record-keeping.
Reporting, analytics, audits, and continuous improvement; drive automation initiatives.
