Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Saudization. You will act as a trusted HR partner across MEA, supporting onboarding, visas, benefits, and offboarding, while enabling data accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting multiple countries is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and contract administration.
• Saudi HR & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, policies, and Saudization.
• UAE & Regional HR Operations: Support onboarding, visas, benefits, and offboarding across the UAE.
• Employee Experience: Provide guidance and support throughout the lifecycle and drive process improvements.
• HR Systems, Data & Reporting: Maintain HR data and prepare reports and dashboards.
