Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a motivated HR Services intern to support ME employees in onboarding, documentation handling, system updates, and general administrative tasks. The role offers hands-on experience in core HR processes within a fast-paced regional team.

The intern will shadow an HR team member, gaining practical HR skills and exposure to Saudi Arabia labor practices. Final-year COOP students eligible for January 2027 are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Final-year student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Draft HR-related documents and forms.
• Support onboarding and documentation handling.
• Assist with system updates and HR records.
• Provide daily administrative support to HR Services in ME.
• Assist with visa tracking and travel-related processes.
• Respond to HR queries from employees.

Connaissances

Fluency in English and Arabic

Strong communication skills

Proficient computer skills
