Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is offering a Talent Management Internship focused on staffing, career development, and general administration in our Middle East offices. You will gain hands-on experience in core people processes while working with seasoned Staffing and Career Development professionals.

You will contribute to operational tasks, prepare materials and analyses for talent processes, and ensure smooth coordination with consultants across our Middle East offices.

Qualifications

• Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with a willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Staffing databases, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Prepare staffing overviews and materials for weekly team discussions.
• Support performance evaluations, promotions, and consultant profiles updates.
• Draft communications, meeting summaries, and announcements.
• Organize internal meetings, track actions, and support follow-ups.
