Job summary

Koch Industries, Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Supply Chain Materials Specialist to ensure material availability, manage planning, and maintain accurate ERP data across projects.

You will review BOMs, material take-offs, drawings, and inventory levels to keep schedules aligned and risks minimized. This role supports warehousing, cycle counts, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize inventory, preserve materials, and improve flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and understanding of supply chain principles.
• Experience with material management, inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in reading BOMs, drawings and engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability aligns with project schedules and operational requirements
• Manage material planning activities by reviewing project requirements, BOMs, drawings and inventory levels
• Maintain accurate inventory records, material master data and transaction integrity within the ERP system
• Monitor material utilization, identify shortages and drive actions to minimize project risks and material waste
• Support efficient warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuance, material handling and inventory control
• Promote inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits and continuous process improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve material flow, inventory visibility and project readiness
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material preservation practices
• Support a strong safety culture through adherence to HSE requirements and safe material handling practices
• Contribute to operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and inventory optimization
