Job summary

Spinel Development Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to shape brand and development messaging across channels. You will unite brand, project marketing, campaigns, digital platforms and performance analytics to drive commercial success and long-term growth.

You will lead annual strategy, launches, and go-to-market plans, manage campaigns and ROI, and oversee Brand & Content, Digital and Product Marketing functions while collaborating with Sales to generate leads.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong experience in brand, project and integrated marketing.
• Proven ability to lead teams, agencies and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong commercial awareness and performance orientation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Spinel’s annual marketing strategy and calendar.
• Lead project launch and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage brand, campaigns, digital platforms and marketing performance.
• Oversee Product Marketing, Digital and Brand & Content functions.
• Drive lead-generation initiatives in collaboration with Sales.
• Manage agencies, budgets and marketing ROI.
