Job summary

MediServ is seeking a Market Analyst to join our Business Excellence team. You will generate actionable market intelligence to support strategic decision-making across our healthcare and medical technology portfolio.

You will conduct research, analyze trends, create dashboards and forecasting models, and prepare executive-ready insights. This role requires strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills and familiarity with the KSA healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical technology sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with KSA healthcare ecosystem, NUPCO, MOH, and Vision 2030 initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, sizing, and trend analysis across healthcare and MedTech sectors.

• Assess new market and product opportunities within KSA and regional markets
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate closely with business development, product, strategy, and sales teams

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis
• Experience within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Technology sectors preferred
• Strong analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)
• Familiarity with KSA healthcare ecosystem, NUPCO, MOH, and Vision 2030 initiatives is highly advantageous.
