Job summary

Optimal is seeking a Production Manager in Dhahran Compound, Saudi Arabia, responsible for managing and optimizing control panel manufacturing processes. Your role will ensure production meets design specifications and quality standards, overseeing all aspects from fabrication to testing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in the industry and a relevant engineering degree, along with strong leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in control panel or automation hardware production.
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards applicable to control panel fabrication.

• Plan, manage, and optimize workflows for control panels and cabinets.
• Review engineering documents for manufacturing feasibility.
