Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• MS / MBA is a plus.
• 5–8 years experience in Production/Manufacturing/Fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities coordinating with Safety, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and team leaders.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through Lean design and SAP data integrity.
• Ensure EHS compliance and guarding in alignment with MESH standards.
• Plan and coordinate production scheduling to meet targets.
• Develop and mentor production staff in lean methods.
