Job summary

ManpowerGroup Middle East in Riyadh is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and to develop and optimize manufacturing processes. The role includes supporting NPI, ECR/ECO, and production testing, while collaborating with Engineering to improve manufacturability and resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
Hands-on Manufacturing Engineering experience is required (not just coordination or supervision).
Six Sigma White Belt or Green Belt preferred.
Knowledge of Change Actions, NPI, Sales Order Review, Process Mapping, Manufacturing BOM updates, Routings, Fixtures, Quality Notifications/Rework, and Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes, routings, fixtures, and BOMs.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Change Actions, and Sales Order Reviews.
Support machining activities, including tooling selection, fixture design, and machining efficiency improvements.
Monitor manufacturing KPIs, process capability, product quality, and process costs.
Troubleshoot production and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Support risk assessments, First Article inspections, non-conformance management, production testing, and assembly activities.
Collaborate with Engineering on manufacturability improvements and Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO).
