Job summary

ManpowerGroup Middle East in Riyadh is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and to develop and optimize manufacturing processes. The role includes supporting NPI, ECR/ECO, and production testing, while collaborating with Engineering to improve manufacturability and resolve quality issues.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Hands-on Manufacturing Engineering experience is required (not just coordination or supervision).
• Six Sigma White Belt or Green Belt preferred.
• Knowledge of Change Actions, NPI, Sales Order Review, Process Mapping, Manufacturing BOM updates, Routings, Fixtures, Quality Notifications/Rework, and Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, routings, fixtures, and BOMs.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Change Actions, and Sales Order Reviews.
• Support machining activities, including tooling selection, fixture design, and machining efficiency improvements.
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs, process capability, product quality, and process costs.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments, First Article inspections, non-conformance management, production testing, and assembly activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering on manufacturability improvements and Engineering Change Requests (ECR/ECO).

• Experience in machining processes, tooling, CNC programming, and Oil & Gas manufacturing processes is preferred.
