Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Manager Residential Analytics & Insights to translate sales and CRM data into clear, actionable intelligence that improves residential sales performance and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities include producing dashboards, benchmarking market trends, tracking performance by project and broker channel, and presenting executive-ready analyses to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics, or related field.
• 7–10 years total experience, with 3–6 years in management, analytics, research, BI or commercial performance.
• Strong desktop research, benchmarking and market analysis skills.
• Ability to translate data and research into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint knowledge.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales data or performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on residential sales performance and pipeline health.
• Analyze the residential sales funnel, leads, meetings, site visits and conversions to identify trends and improvements.
• Track performance by project, product type, broker channel and buyer segment.
• Benchmark on comparable residential projects, destinations, pricing and sales velocity.
• Monitor market trends, buyer behavior and competitor activity across markets.
• Support pricing absorption and inventory performance analysis using internal and external benchmarks.
• Translate analytics findings into clear actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready analysis, benchmarking summaries and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on analysis reporting and insight generation translating sales and CRM data into clear actionable intelligence that improves sales performance forecast accuracy and commercial outcomes across the residential portfolio.

• Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on residential sales performance and pipeline health
• Analyze the residential sales funnel leads meetings site visits conversions to identify trends gaps and improvement opportunities
• Track performance by project product type broker channel and buyer segment
• Conduct desktop research and benchmarking on comparable residential projects destinations pricing and sales velocity
• Monitor market trends buyer behavior competitor activity and channel strategies across relevant regional and international markets
• Support pricing absorption and inventory performance analysis using both internal data and external benchmarks
• Translate analytics and research findings into clear actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics, or a related field
• Must have 7 to 10 years overall experience where 3 6 years of experience in management, analytics, research, business intelligence, or commercial performance roles
• Strong capability in desktop research, benchmarking, and comparative market analysis
• Proven ability to translate data and research into clear, actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Experience working with CRM systems, sales data, or performance dashboards
