• 15+ years total experience in project/PMO roles.
• Experience supporting PMO delivery for asset management platforms.
• Experience coordinating large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset management platform initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Track PMO governance, reporting, and risk management for platform implementation.
• Support cross-functional planning, status updates, and executive progress reporting.
• Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables for asset management workstreams.
• Ensure alignment between platform rollout activities and broader program objectives.

In this role, you will help drive coordination and structure across a critical asset management platform initiative, supporting delivery in an environment where clear governance, strong stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution are essential. You will contribute to the successful rollout of a platform that supports broader program objectives, working across teams to maintain visibility into progress, priorities, and key implementation milestones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate asset management platform initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Track PMO governance, reporting, and risk management for platform implementation.
• Support cross-functional planning, status updates, and executive progress reporting.
• Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables for asset management workstreams.
• Ensure alignment between platform rollout activities and broader program objectives.

Required Qualifications

• With at least 15 years of experience in total.
• Experience supporting PMO delivery for enterprise asset management platforms.
• Experience coordinating projects across timelines, risks, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional dependencies in large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Proficiency with project tracking, governance, and performance reporting tools, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Excel-based PMO reporting.
• Experience applying PMO governance standards and stage-gate delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-8 years of PMO or project coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Aconex and SAP EAM.
• Experience working with executive leadership, client-side program teams, engineering teams, and cross-functional delivery stakeholders.
