Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a motivated Reporting Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will create, analyze, and distribute reports that support project management and decision-making, gathering data and presenting insights clearly.

This role leverages Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to deliver actionable information for stakeholders. You will develop dashboards, collaborate with project managers, ensure on-time reporting, and help drive transparency and accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in reporting or data analysis.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyze project data to prepare accurate reports.
Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for efficient tracking of project performance.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with project objectives.
Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.
Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
