Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring Qiddiya remains at the forefront of innovation in entertainment and leisure
• Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with a focus on large‑scale projects
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
