Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Development Manager to spearhead development initiatives across entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead cross-functional teams from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with strong skills in development processes, financial modeling and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development processes from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to meet milestones.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection and due diligence.
• Prepare and manage budgets, timelines and reports for senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the development cycle.
• Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development.
