Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Development Manager to spearhead development initiatives across entertainment and leisure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead cross-functional teams from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 6–9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with strong skills in development processes, financial modeling and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development processes from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire development process for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Lead feasibility analyses, site selection, and due diligence to assess new development opportunities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and reports, providing updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the development cycle.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, ensuring Qiddiya remains at the forefront of innovation in entertainment and leisure.
• Mentor and develop team members to instill best practices in project development and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of development processes, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
