Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance for high-speed printing, packaging, corrugation, and converting machinery.

The role involves supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting PLC/HMI and drive systems, and coordinating maintenance tasks while ensuring safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in printing, packaging, corrugation, or converting.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and team supervision skills.
• Good knowledge of PLC, HMI, drives, industrial electronics, and preventive maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, PLC, HMI, drives, and control-system faults.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PCB cards, power/control cards, power supplies, Baumüller & Lenze drives, and industrial control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi & Fatek PLCs, HMI systems, and Lenze drive programming.
• Maintain and troubleshoot listed machinery and equipment across multiple brands.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical & Mechanical

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance activities for high-speed printing, packaging, corrugation, and converting

machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, PLC, HMI, drives, and control-system faults.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PCB cards, power/control cards, power supplies, Baumüller & Lenze drives, and industrial control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi & Fatek PLCs, HMI systems, and Lenze drive programming.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Komori GL, Man Roland R706, BOBST NOVA 106 E, Domino, Diana, Jagenberg, Sheeter, Kodak CTP, Polar, corrugation machines, compressors and chillers.
• Prepare and monitor PM schedules, machine checklists, breakdown reports, work orders, and maintenance KPIs.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, allocate daily tasks, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, maintenance procedures, and machine safety standards.
• Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement root-cause and corrective actions to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.

Requirements
